1. Develop personal relationships with our coworkers across internal departmental lines by sharing our passion for skiing and snowboarding.

2. Promote good sportsmanship through friendly competition with our peers in the industry.

3. Provide opportunities for our members to learn and grow in their winter sports skills.

4. Embrace and promote diversity as an organization.

5. Support the North American Airlines Ski Federation (NAASF) and the NAASF Foundation.

6. Support the International Airlines Ski Federation (IASF).

7. Develop relationships with retail vendors and other organizations that share our values and who can offer discounts and benefits to all of our members.

8. Faithfully represent the Delta brand.
